Tuttle Twins Graphic Novels
34 hardback books across three seasons, with a fourth announced. Every title, what each set costs per book, and how they differ from the storybooks.
About this page
This is a guide to what is in the sets, not a review of the stories. The titles, book counts and prices come from Tuttle Twins’ own store listings, checked on 9 October 2026. Where we say something based on a title alone, we say so.
The Seasons 1–3 box set: 34 hardback books.
The Show, One Episode per Book
The graphic novels are adapted from the Tuttle Twins animated series. Each book is one episode, in hardback and full colour. Three seasons are on sale: twelve books in Season 1, twelve in Season 2 and ten in Season 3.
They are not the storybooks in comic form. The storybooks each adapt a classic work for young children. The graphic novels follow the show instead, so the two lines tell different stories and you can own both without doubling up.
If your children have watched the series, these are the same stories again. Tuttle Twins presents that as the point: its listing describes the books as a way to “relive the principles and stories portrayed in the show.”

What Each Book Works Out At
Each season set is $104. Seasons 1 and 2 have twelve books, so that is about $8.67 a book. Season 3 has ten, which makes it about $10.40 a book for the same money.
The Seasons 1–3 box set is $289. Bought one season at a time, the same 34 books come to $312. The box set saves $23, which is about 7%, and brings the price to about $8.50 a book.
The store shows each set next to a crossed-out higher figure ($180 for a season, $540 for the box set). The prices above are what the sets were actually selling for when we checked, so those are the numbers to compare.

Season 4 and the 44-Book Collection
Tuttle Twins has announced a fourth season of ten new graphic novels. Its announcement mentions dinosaurs, “athletic orcs” and a character called Dark Dumpster Derek. Added to the first three seasons, that makes 44 books.
Season 4 was not listed in the store when we checked on 9 October 2026. Tuttle Twins has told us to expect it from 15 October, and we will add the titles and price here once it is.
If you plan to buy every season, it may be worth waiting until then. A four-season collection has been announced alongside the new set, and the Seasons 1–3 box above does not include Season 4.
Worth It, and When It Isn’t
They fit well if your children already know the show and want more of it, or take to comics more readily than to pages of prose. Tuttle Twins lists the graphic novels in the ages 5 to 12 section of its store, not in its teen section.
They probably aren’t the place to start if you are new to the series and want to find out whether it lands with your family. A box of 34 books is a large first purchase. One season, or the storybooks, is a cheaper way to find out.
One thing to check before you buy: the series takes positions, and the titles show it. Season 2 includes Wrestling with Socialism and The Education Jungle; Season 3 includes Soccer Fights & Religious Rights. We are going by the titles here, not the stories. Read through the list above so you know what you are getting.
Questions Parents Are Asking
Are the graphic novels the same as the Tuttle Twins storybooks?
No. They are two separate lines. The storybooks each adapt a classic work for young children. The graphic novels follow the Tuttle Twins animated series instead, with one book for each episode.
How many Tuttle Twins graphic novels are there?
34 across three seasons: 12 in Season 1, 12 in Season 2 and 10 in Season 3. Tuttle Twins has announced a fourth season of 10 more, which would bring the collection to 44.
What age are the Tuttle Twins graphic novels for?
Tuttle Twins lists the graphic novels in the ages 5 to 12 section of its store, not in its teen section. At the younger end of that range, expect to be reading them together.
Do you need to have watched the show first?
No. Each book is an episode retold in full, not a sequel to it. Children who have seen the series will recognise the stories.
Is the Seasons 1-3 box set cheaper than buying the seasons separately?
Slightly. The box set was $289 when we checked on 9 October 2026, against $312 for the three season sets bought one at a time. That is a saving of $23.
What order should you read them in?
The books are numbered within each season in episode order, so Season 1, Book 1 is the natural place to start.
Not Sure Which Line Fits?
The storybooks, graphic novels and teen guides are aimed at different ages. Our age guide sets them side by side.
